International Support for Domestic Action (ISDA): Mechanisms to Facilitate Mitigation in Developing Countries
With 14 project partners, convened by Climate Strategies, and funded by the German institution GTZ and UK Economic and Social Research Council TSEC, the ISDA project pursued workshops and case studies in five developing countries to assess institutional structures and mechanisms that can increase scale, scope and speed of the implementation of policies with climate co-benefits.
Reports from the first phase pursued during 2008 are also online and published in a special issue of Climate Policy. Details of the kick-off workshop International technology and policy cooperation held in February 2009 are available here.
