Biography: Felix began his PhD in Economics in 2014. As an undergraduate he studied chemistry at the University of Oxford (2007-11), publishing research on enzymes in fuel cells in his Masters year. He then worked at green energy company 2OC, before studying economics at the University of Cambridge (2012-present), taking a Diploma and then Masters. His first year PhD project looked at the influence of lobbying on environmental protection, focusing on situations where polluting firms supported environmental regulation.
