Research topic: Assessing the impacts of residential electricity reforms in China on consumers using data mining approaches
Research interests: Energy & technology policy, environmental economics, public acceptability of energy technologies
Background: Jieyi is a PhD candidate in the Department of Land Economy at the University of Cambridge. As an undergraduate she studied both engineering and economics. She holds a Master degree (with distinction) in Manufacturing System Engineering from the University of Warwick, and an MSc in Environmental Economics. Prior to the PhD research, she focused on policy factors affecting emission from transport sectors, as well as behavioural change in electric vehicle purchase.
