Background: Thomas Tangerås directs the “Sustainable Energy Transition” research program at the Research Institute of Industrial Economics in Stockholm. He has held visiting positions at University of Toulouse and Stanford University. He is faculty affiliate with the Program on Sustainable Development (PESD) at Stanford. In addition to his work on electricity markets, Thomas also does research on telecoms markets and regulation more generally.
