Biography: Zeina Hasna is a PhD candidate at the Faculty of Economics. Zeina’s research interests span topics on environment economics, macroeconomic development, inequality and growth. Zeina’s current research focuses on the economic effects of climate change, and climate change mitigation. Prior to the PhD, Zeina obtained an MPhil in Economic Research at University of Cambridge and a dual undergraduate degree in Economics and Applied Mathematics at the American University of Beirut, Lebanon.
