Chi Kong Chyong was quoted in an article on Montel website – key information provider for the European energy markets in Norway, – on reasons behind increasing purchases of Russian gas by European Union.
“European buyers are playing “intertemporal arbitrage” whereby they dry up gas in their storage facilities and re-inject them when Russian gas prices are lower in Q2 and Q3.”
