Research Interests: Elcin’s main areas of interest include applied econometrics, stated preference methods, willingness to pay for utility services, energy and climate change policy.
Background: Elcin was PhD student at the Faculty of Economics in University of Cambridge. She previously worked as an economic analyst at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in London. Elcin holds an M.Phil in Economics from University of Oxford and a BA from Swarthmore College.
