Biography: Dr. Eoghan O’Neill is an Assistant Professor in the Econometric Institute, Erasmus University Rotterdam. Eoghan received his PhD in 2020, supervised by Dr. Melvyn Weeks. Eoghan’s research focuses on machine learning methods for causal inference and the impact of Time-of-Use tariffs on residential electricity demand.
