Biography: Geoffroy is a PhD Student at the Judge Business School working on the political economy of carbon pricing policies. He holds a Master’s degree from the Universite Catholique de Louvain, Belgium, and an MSc from the London School of Economics. During his time at LSE, Geoffroy provided assistance to Dr Luca Taschini on the analysis of the energy intensity of economies of the LAC region. His first project focused on the study of the economic and institutional factors affecting the implementation of carbon pricing policies. He is currently extending that work by looking more specifically at the relationship between trade flows and the incentives to implement such policies.
