Biography: Lucrezia joined EPRG as a Research Associate to support a European Union funded project aiming at assessing the realistic potential of negative emissions technologies and practices (NETPs), with a focus on investigating the stakeholders’ perceptions about NETPs. She holds undergraduate and Masters’ degrees in Management and International Management from Bocconi University in Milan and CEMS Master in International Management and she completed her PhD in Management Sciences at Esade Business School in Barcelona, in the department of Society, Politics and Sustainability. In her PhD, Lucrezia studied how organisational members interpret and respond to the natural environmental stimuli such as climate change or natural disasters, using both qualitative and quantitative methods. Her study contexts have been cocoa producers in Brazil and Japanese companies.
