Biography: Monica Giulietti is Professor of Microeconomics at the School of Business and Economics, University of Loughborough, a member of the EMR panel of technical experts and associate fellow of the Centre for Competition Policy, University of East Anglia. She has held academic positions at the Universities of Warwick, Nottingham, Aston and Exeter. Her research focuses on competition and regulation in energy markets. Her research has been published in international peer reviewed journals such as the Economic Journal, Journal of Business and Economic Statistics, Journal of Industrial Economics, Oxford Economic Papers, Energy Journal and Energy Economics.
