Short Description: Research on the Future of Network Regulation
We published three working papers based on reports funded by Ofgem that examine various aspects of the future of network regulation. 0714 looked at the case for ownership unbundling of transmission networks. 0811 examined new ideas for the future of regulation drawing on EPRG research, particularly on constructive engagement by Littlechild. 0914 provided input to the RPI-X@20 on the scope for increased competition within and via how network services were provided
