Research Topic: Operations research in the energy markets
Biography: Tom is working as a research assistant with EPRG. He previously obtained an MPhil in Energy Technologies from Cambridge and a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons)- Mechanical Engineering at the University of Auckland, New Zealand. His current work applies operations research techniques to the electricity markets to better understand the effects of flexible energy generation, and to quantify their benefits.
